September Tart - Blueberry & Yuzu Caramel

Crisp tart shell filled with blueberry curd and yuzu caramel, topped with a soft dark berry meringue freeze-dried berry dusting.  

Orders placed for October, will receive the flavour: preserved gooseberries, blackcurrant and lemon meringue.
